among the palm trees on the eastern shore at the mouth of Kavanar River approachable
by ferry only

14 heritage Mansions, 28 Heritage Bungalows and 8 private pool Villas, originally
'tharwads', the traditional wooden house of Kerala, reassembled in accordance
with thachu shastra. All mansions and Bungalow are well furnished. The cottages
feature ultramodern bathrooms, each located in an inner courtyard boasting its
